All goods sold on this site are pre‑order items of original‑designed merchandise. No in‑stock ready‑to‑ship inventory is available. Your order constitutes a binding contract once payment is confirmed.
Pre-Order Rules
- Payment is charged immediately upon checkout.
- Estimated production / shipping timelines are displayed on respective product pages. These are estimated timelines only. Delays may occur due to manufacturing, supply‑chain, customs or unforeseen production issues.
- We will send email updates for major schedule changes. Pre‑order cancellations are NOT permitted after payment, except in limited circumstances described under Refund Policy.
- If a product must be permanently cancelled by us due to production failure, we offer full refund for that item.
Shipping & Customs
- Goods ship from China to international destinations. Shipping time varies by destination country.
- Import duties, customs fees, local taxes in your receiving country are the buyer’s full responsibility. We cannot predict or cover import charges.
- Please double‑check your shipping address at checkout. If parcel fails delivery due to incorrect buyer‑provided address and is destroyed / discarded by local courier, we are not liable for reshipment or refund.
Refund & Return Policy
We only accept refunds / replacements in strictly limited cases:
- Wrong item received: you were sent merchandise different from your ordered product.
- Manufacturing quality defects: obvious production flaws that impact the use of item.
Conditions for claim
- You must notify us within 7 calendar days after parcel delivery.
- You must supply clear photos / video evidence showing defect or wrong item together with original packaging.
- Returns are only processed after our support reviews and approves your evidence.
- NO refunds for change‑of‑mind, dislike of design, minor colour difference caused by screen display, slight craft tolerances, or delivery delays. All pre‑order risks are acknowledged upon placing your order.
Product Description Disclaimer
Our merchandise are hand‑produced original‑design goods. Minor visual variances, slight colour shift between screen display and physical product are normal and do not count as quality defects. We make reasonable effort for accurate product photos.
Intellectual Property
All artwork, character designs, illustrations on qlsmonkey.com are original intellectual property owned by Shenzhen Lingsang Trading Co., Limited. You may not reproduce, mass‑produce, resell for commercial purpose our physical goods or digital artwork without written permission.
Website Usage
You may not use our site for fraudulent purchase, automated scraping or malicious attacks. We reserve the right to cancel suspicious orders without prior notice.
Limitation of Liability
We shall not be liable for indirect, consequential damages arising out of pre‑order delays, international courier delays, customs hold, parcel loss caused by local postal service, within the scope permitted by applicable consumer law.
